What We Do For Our Seller Clients

No Commission or Fees Due Until Your Home is Sold

There are no up front costs or fees. We start marketing your home and get it listed right away for free. We only charge our commission when your home actually sells for the price you want - and it comes out as a small percentage of the proceeds you receive from the sale.

Flexible Commission Plans

While we only charge you a commission if your home actually sells, we still do offer flexible commission plans. These range from 2%-4% of the sales price, depending on the level of service we provide.

Cancel Anytime

Our listing agreement is a 100% "At-Will" contract. This means that you can cancel it at any time and take your house off the market with no fees or commissions charged.

Online Explosure

All of our seller clients get high quality, enhanced listings on the MLS and all major home search websites; a custom website domain specifically for their home; and a top of the line social media presence.

High Definition Photography

We provide all our sellers with high definition photographs of their home - including unlimited photos, a floor plan, and a virtual walkthrough - all at no extra cost!

High Quality Print Brochures and Flyers

We will create high quality brochures and flyers to leave at your home while it is listed on the market. This way, any buyers that visit the house will have something to take with them to remember your home with.

Mega Open Houses

We get more traffic through our open houses than any other brokerage by marketing them with targeted Facebook ads, email blasts, door-to-door flyers, and directional signs to lead the way.

Pre-Listing Marketing

Our free Pocket Listing feature, also known as "Coming Soon", allows us to start marketing your home even before it is cleaned out and ready to list - sometimes finding you a buyer before going live on the market!

I am a full-time and full service Realtor and Appraiser that takes my clients and my career very seriously. I grew up in Riverside and currently reside in Brookfield with my wife and two boys. I am a graduate from Riverside-Brookfield High School and the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. I am a fan of the Chicago Bears, White Sox, Bulls, and Blackhawks and enjoy watching pretty much all sports. My other hobbies include fishing and eating out at local restaurants.
